RE Botanicals offers a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee.  If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] or (303) 214-2118. Be sure to include the reason behind your request, your order number located on your email confirmation, and a phone number where we can reach you.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to RE Botanicals or presume that any address posted anywhere is valid for product returns.  In the unlikely event that we ask for a product to be returned, you will receive explicit instructions on how and where to send the product.  Under no circumstances should product be returned to RE Botanicals without expressed, specific instructions to do so. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed.  A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund within the allotted time, first check your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
